1. Target profile

Ideal tenant (highest close rate)

• Capper or capper group with existing Twitter/X following: 5k-50k
• Active Discord server with 500-5000 members
• Posts picks consistently (at least 3x/week)
• Currently tracking results manually or with spreadsheets
• Has complained publicly about Pikkit Pro pricing, bot costs, or tech overhead
• Not too big (>50k followers + 10k-member Discord) - those have in-house ops already

Got it. What's [competitor] missing that would be a win for you? Worth knowing so I don't waste your time if there's no fit. If you mention CLV analysis, AI picks, or spreadsheet overhead, I've probably got a fix.

"How do I know it's not a scam"

• Close rate: 30% of calls
• Net: 50 DMs → 10-12 replies → 2-3 calls → 1 close = ~$200 MRR + $800 setup per 50 DMs

100% stretch: 200 DMs/month → $3k MRR + $8k setup fees in first 30 days.

6. Red flags (accounts to skip)

• Mentions insider info / guaranteed picks language - we won't list them; they'll clash with our responsible-gambling ethos
• Under 18 public evidence - compliance risk
• State where sports betting isn't legal + they promote real-money action - legal risk
• Under 500 followers AND under 100 Discord members - not enough revenue potential to justify our customer-support cost
• Already on Pikkit Pro + happy - low-switch targets, waste of cycles
