Methodology

The composite rank for every rookie on this page blends four sources:

Each rookie also carries a one-line "why" (the SHAP-lite string from src/services/ai/rookie-rankings.ts) so you know what signal is driving the number - draft capital, landing spot, tier, position. No black-box consensus. If you disagree, you can see exactly where.

The 2026 class will shift. UDFA signings, depth-chart moves, OTA reports - we re-snapshot the rankings nightly and this post updates weekly through June 30.
